Just a little about us individually, and how we got started with GSP's.  As a 16 year old boy I had a growing interest in the German Shorthaired Pointer breed.  After extensive research on the breed, I bought my first GSP dog, Duke. I had Duke shipped in all the way from California. I'll never forget the excitement my entire family had to welcome a new member of the family.  My grandparents even with me to the airport to meet him.  Duke became my everything.  He was my sidekick and we did everything together. My mom finally talked me into getting Duke a girlfriend or two.  Then came college and of course the love of my life (Morgan).  Of course Morgan passed the Duke test, so I knew she was a keeper.  We married at our family's homestead.  I had bred Dixie and Duke to have pups, and Dixie was due two days after we married. However, she delivered right during our wedding vows.  While on our honeymoon, Morgan talked me in to keeping one of Daisy's babies.  So this is where her love for the breed begins.  We've only been married a few short months and Morgan and I have decided to take the GSP breeding to the next level.  We have ordered another male to add to the breeding program this summer.  And we are also going to start the dog training here at the homestead.
