They will need training and care similar to that of a child during their puppy stage. Labradors are intelligent and eager to please, but they will need your attention once you bring them home. If there aren't enough puppies in the litter for which you've placed a deposit, it will transfer to the next litter that meets your color/gender preference. If you change your mind after placing a deposit, it will no longer be transferable or refundable. The total cost is $2,500, with a $500 deposit required before birth. Once the puppy is born, an additional $500 due. If a puppy is already born, a reservation fee of $1000 is required. The remaining balance of $1,500 is due when the puppy reaches five weeks of age. At that time, we will schedule puppy pick visits to the farm. It's important to be on time, as we will line up everyone to choose their puppy based on the order of deposits received. While deposits secure your picking order, we reserve the right to choose a puppy from any given litter for ourselves. Our puppies are sold only to approved homes with limited registration (not for breeding) and a spay/neuter contract. If the puppy is not picked up on the weekend they are ready, there will be a $35 daily charge starting the Sunday after they are released. We also offer shipping, with the buyer responsible for all shipping fees. We ship through a puppy nanny, and costs will vary based on location and flights.
